This Privacy Policy explains how Playbook (“we”, “us”, “our”) — operated by Huy Dang, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam — collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use the Playbook app on iOS, Android, or web.
If you do not agree with this Policy, please stop using the service and uninstall the app.

We collect information you provide directly and information generated automatically when you use the service.

How We Use Data
We use data only for the purposes below:
- Provide the service and power account, match, and club features.
- Personalize matches and players based on sport, skill level, and location.
- Send notifications about updates, messages, and product changes.
- Prevent spam, fake accounts, harassment, and policy violations.
- Support contextual advertising and request ATT consent on iOS when personalized ads are shown.
- Improve reliability, diagnose bugs, and measure usage patterns.
- Comply with applicable Vietnamese law and platform requirements.
Data Sharing
We share data only in the following limited cases:
- With other users, where your public profile is visible to the community.
- With service providers that help operate the app under contractual data-processing terms.
- For legal reasons, when required by law, court order, or to protect users.
- During a business transfer, if the product is acquired or merged.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data for third-party commercial use.

Security
We use security measures designed to protect user data:

Children’s Privacy
Playbook is rated 9+. The service is intended for users aged 9 and older, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 9. Users under 13 should use the service with a parent or guardian’s permission.
Advertising and ATT
Playbook is supported by advertising through Google AdMob.
- On iOS 14.5+, we request App Tracking Transparency consent before showing personalized ads.
- Android users can manage ad preferences through their Google account.
- Non-personalized ads remain available without consent.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and notify you through the app when appropriate.
